PJ Library Parent Connector Initiative

Wonderful Winnipeg Connections.

The PJ Parent Connector helps families of babies and preschool-age kids make connections, build friendships, and engage in Winnipeg’s Jewish life.

The connector helps arrange events, playdates, and meetups with other families who have preschool children to help you get connected with other parents and families!

Andrea Katz is the PJ Library Connector for parents with kids ages 0-2

Andrea was born and raised in Winnipeg. At the end of 2020 she welcomed her daughter Joanna to the world.

She is an active volunteer in dog rescue work in Manitoba, likes to work out and spend time with her big dog Chloe.

During this year Andrea has organized playdates, bathtub swim classes on Zoom, delivered Challah for Shabbat and many other initiatives to connect families.

Natalie Geva is the PJ Library Connector for parents with preschool age children

Natalie is from Israel and immigrated to Winnipeg in 2020. She loves almost every outdoorsy activity, hiking with family and friends, and winter activities included. She is married to Gregory and has 3 children Nevo (9), Rom (7), and Amaliya (2). She loves meeting new people, creating get-togethers and opportunities for people to meet and "mingle". 

During this year Natalie organized many playdates, Shabbat dinners, outdoor gatherings and delivered Chanukah kits and challah for Shabbat to keep families connected!
