It’s been a year none of us will ever forget. But thanks to the extraordinary efforts of all of our beneficiary agencies and Jewish Federation staff and volunteers, we have risen to the challenge. 

We’ve mobilized volunteers, provided hundreds of nutritious meals, transportation for seniors, in-person Jewish education, expanded counselling services and found numerous other ways of helping each other. All this, despite the social distancing concerns that have kept many of our Jewish communal facilities virtual.

There is truly much to be proud of – and yet we know that our work is just beginning.

The success of our community in lifting up and supporting one another has been inspiring. As always, our most effective response to any crisis is to work collectively to address the needs of the Jewish people, and that is what we are doing, and with your help, what we will continue to do.
