In order to better serve the community and set long term goals for the Jewish Federation, Community Planning implemented a community needs review process. This year, we embarked on the first step of this process by initiating an engagement and consulting practice with community stakeholders. This includes focus groups with partner agencies and other community organizations, as well as individual surveys and focus groups. The information gathered will form the basis for future planning recommendations.
