Federation Young Leadership Cabinet is the premier leadership and philanthropic program within The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) and throughout the Jewish world. Cabinet is comprised of approximately 300 men and women, ages 30 to 45, from across the United States and Canada who are deeply committed to shaping a bright future for the Jewish people in North America, Israel and around the globe. The Cabinet experience is a six-year journey with a variety of destinations, all of them reached by stronger, more vibrant leaders.  

Eligibility for Cabinet membership begins with a $5,000 commitment to Winnipeg’s Combined Jewish Appeal annual campaign.
