Over the past 35 years, WJT has become a staple arts organization in Manitoba's theatre community.  Our reach extends nationally as we are the only organization in the country with a mandate to commission, develop, and produce new Jewish-Canadian works. 

 

Artists rely on WJT to be a space that promotes creativity and professional work opportunities.  Additionally, our emphasis on intersectional works helps us connect with many cultural groups and communities in the Winnipeg area.

 

For patrons, we are a hub for relevant, innovative, and thought-provoking artistic programming. We have a loyal and growing base of season subscribers who like to stay connected, volunteer at performances, and give back to the organization.
