The Chevra Mishnayes Synagogue was founded in 1908 and continues to be an active synagogue and participant of the Jewish Community. The Chevra Mishnayes Synagogue, currently run by volunteers, is a family oriented and driven, fully egalitarian synagogue located in the north end of Winnipeg. Our approach has always been to be a family synagogue allowing everyone who wants to, to take part in the services and planning of events. The synagogue, now accessible to wheelchairs and anyone who cannot climb stairs, offers weekly Saturday morning services, a place for Bar/Bat-Mitzvahs, dinners, social events, meetings, all life events and much more.
