~~On Nov. 2nd. 2017 the British government welcomed the development of a Jewish homeland in the Middle-East.    
Dr. Bryan Schwartz will discuss the historical origins, the meaning and  the extent to which the declaration was honoured and betrayed. Furthermore, he will explore its significance today.
