Join us for an uplifting session to explore a range of mindfulness exercises to help get you through the pandemic with your spirit intact.

Judaism and modern psychology provide tools for surviving and thriving in uncertain times. This session will highlight how to harness the power of these resources to help you take charge in any unstable environment.

Special guest Yamila Zimerman will present techniques connected to the discipline of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.

Dr. Rena Secter Elbaze will highlight some of the age-old coping mechanisms available in our Jewish wisdom tool kit to be used on a daily basis.
