Congregation Etz Chayim Is Proud To Take Part In This Year’s Global Shabbat Project.

We will be joining thousands of partners in every corner of the globe as we bring the Shabbat Project into our communities. CEC is honoured to host a special Kabbalat Shabbat Service & Dinner as part of this global effort.  We look forward to welcoming Winnipeg's Jewish Community to stand together with Jews all around the world.

"Shabbat is the Divine gift we need to thrive in today's frenzied world.  It gives us the opportunity to improve our quality of life; to be happier and more fulfilled as individuals, and to nurture our precious relationships.  It gives us the time and space we need to breathe; to create a home environment that will inspire our children to opt into a Jewish future."
