Join Temple Shalom and Congregation Shaarey Zedek as we come together as "Two Congregations Under One Roof" to celebrate Shabbat Across Winnipeg.

The evening will begin with a collaborative Kabbalat Shabbat service with Temple Shalom's Rabbi Allan Finkel and Cantor Len Udow and Congregation Shaarey Zedek's Rabbi Anibal Mass and Cantor Leslie Emery. This portion of the event will be streamed online at www.szwinnipeg.ca.

We will then join together for a beautiful Shabbat dinner catered by Chef Joel Lafond and his wonderful catering team that will be followed by joyous Zemirot.

Our special guest speaker Shlomo Weinish who will be in town for the Limmud Festival will then provide a short talk on the local government in Israel as a vehicle for social change, and how it relates to the weekly parasha of Ki Tissa.
