Today's menu features Roasted Parsnip Soup and your choice of: a) BBQ brisket on a Kaiser bun with caramelized onions and roasted red peppers, served with coleslaw and either sweet potato fries or potato gaufrette; or b) Vegetarian chili with toasted garlic baguettes.
Dessert is Apple Walnut Cranberry Crostata with Sucre ala Crème and Cinnamon Maple Anglaise.
