If you are a Jewish Girl aged 14 - 18 and looking to explore what it means to be a Jewish woman .... then please join us for our Teen Mindfulness Group meetings.

We will meet once a month (Except for July) to create meaningful connections and explore ways to unlock your true self while practicing self-care, wellness, and mindfulness.

These free meetings will run from April 18, 2024 - December 2, 2024 at the Asper Campus. The room will be announced at a later date.
