Please join us for our JCFS Rosh Chodesh Teen MIndfulness Group. This group will meet once a month from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the Asper Campus until December 2nd. NOTE: There will be no Group meeting in July.
We will discuss mindfulness, wellness, identity, and connection, and what it means to be a Jewish woman in the 21st century.
Meetings will run from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the Asper Community Campus - the room will be announced at a later date.
