Are you a teenage girl between 14-18 and interested in exploring what it means to be a Jewish Woman? If you answered yes, then please join us for our Rosh Chodesh Teen Mindfulness Group. The group will meet once a month, from April 8, 2024 to December 2, 2024.

We will discuss your mindfulness, wellness, identity, and self-care.

The Group meetings will run from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the Asper Community Campus - the room will be announced at a later date.
