Alan Freeman will discuss Culture in a Time of Covid: What Do the Numbers Tell Us? Alan Freeman was lead economist for Creative Industries at the Greater London Authority in the United Kingdom until 2011, when he settled in Winnipeg.   He sits on the Board of Manitobans for the Arts, and Video Pool, and is a former member of the the Board of Governors for the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. He continues to research the creative and cultural industries of Canada, and has advocated passionately for the arts ever since his arrival in Winnipeg.
