Roland Sawatzky will speak on Our Evolving City: The History and Artifacts of Winnipeg. Dr. Roland Sawatzky joined The Manitoba Museum in 2011. He conducts research, is responsible for acquisitions, and develops exhibits related to the settlement period in Manitoba, including the development of Winnipeg. Highlighted by slides of the artifacts, Roland will guide us through the new Winnipeg gallery at the Manitoba Museum.
