The Islamic State (ISIS), is known today as the most brutal terror organization, putting fear in the hearts of almost every person on earth. Plenty is known about what its does on the ground, but little is known about how ISIS turned the internet and the 'Darknet', into its greatest weapon and apparatus. 

So how did ISIS achieve that? What is the 'Darknet' and how does ISIS use it?

Shai Josopov has a joint B.A in ‘International relations’ and ‘Political science’, and an M.A in ‘Conflict Management and Resolution’ from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a former consultant for 'joint work and strategic diplomatic policies and relations with U.N based Organizations', in the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Agency for International development and cooperation. Together with his wife Sigal, Shai is currently working as a 'Community Ambassador' for 'The Canadian Friends of The Hebrew University' in Winnipeg.
