Intro to Hebrew for Adults
Interested in learning how to read prayerbook Hebrew or looking to refresh your knowledge of Hebrew to be able to more confidently participate in prayer services and key moments in Jewish life? Join us for this Intro to Hebrew class for adults led by Gina Chodirker, a member of Congregation Etz Chayim.
You will learn to decode letters of the Hebrew alphabet and vowel sounds, learn several Hebrew root words and their meaning, learn to decode high frequency words from Jewish life and learn to decode words and lines of text from various prayers.
