Award-winning lighting designer and storyteller Itai Erdal draws on a life lived between his birthplace, Jerusalem, and home in Vancouver. Itai returned to Israel in 2000, after his mother was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. A film student at the time, Itai packed up his gear, and put full focus on his mom. In a starkly simple yet deeply profound work, Erdal invites us to witness the story about the circumstances surrounding his mother’s passing.
