The Face of the Ghetto: Pictures Taken by Jewish Photographers in the Lodz (Litzmannstadt) Ghetto 1940-1944. The opening of this exhibit will be on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, marking the liberation of Auschwitz. The Holocaust Education Centre is thrilled to present this exhibit together with the Polish community of Winnipeg at the Ogniwo Polish Museum. Also generously sponsoring the exhibit and the various events are the Ridd Institute for Religion and Global Policy, University of Winnipeg, German and Slavic Studies, University of Manitoba, the Polish Consulate and the Province of Manitoba.
