The Angel of Reality and the Angel of Silence: End-of-Life Decision-Making in Jewish Theory and Practice with Rabbi Larry Pinsker, the New Shul  Those who are dying and their family and friends face important decisions as death approaches. Jewish ethical teachings ask us to reflect on the balance between the natural course of the end of life and the scope of potential medical intervention. Is there a boundary between allowing life to end 'naturally' and choosing to intervene medically to prolong life as its end approaches? What remains of the conversation between those who are dying and their Creator?
