The first of each Jewish month—the celebration of the new moon, its slender crescent barely visible in the night sky—is a day traditionally associated with women’s renewal and joy. Facilitated by Jane Enkin, Shaarey Zedek's new Women’s Rosh Chodesh Group meets monthly to learn, explore and celebrate Womanhood together. Each month we will welcome a guest teacher, drawn from a wide range of fields.
