Are we in a more Equitable Society that 1919?David Northcott has been Executive Director of Winnipeg Harvest since co-founding the Food Bank in 1984. He has run for federal office, taken part in a food study tour of Africa, and served with the University of Winnipeg Institute of Urban Studies and Hospice and Palliative Care Manitoba. In 2012, David received the Order of Canada, after having been named a member of the Order of Manitoba in 2000.
