Bryan Schwartz is the Asper Chair in International Business and Trade Law at the University of Manitoba. He holds an LLB from Queen's and a Masters and Doctorated in law from Yale Law School. Bryan will discuss the origin and meaning of chant marks in the Jewish Bible, and the debate as to their purpose.
