Calling all Jewish girls aged 14 - 18 ... Are you interested in learning what it means to be a Jewish woman...then the Teen Mindfulness Group is for you!

These free once-a-month Group meetings are hosted by the JCFS Rosh Chodesh Committee, and meets once a month to discuss ways to unlock your true self, practice self-care, and mindfulness and wellness, through guided activities and meaningful discussions.

NOTE: There will be no Group meeting in July.
