TAP (Teens and Philanthropy)

Please join the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg's Combined Jewish Appeal (CJA) in our exclusive division, Teens and Philanthropy (TAP) for Jewish teens ages 14-17. As future leaders, teens will obtain invaluable experiences, build community connections within both the general and Jewish communities, all while building their resumes and preparing for success!

March of the Living

Be part of a life changing and memorable experience through March of the Living, a 2-week trip to Poland and Israel where students learn about the Jewish community that once flourished in Europe, the tragedy of the Holocaust, and the establishment and survival of the State of Israel.

Partnership 2Gether

Become part of a living bridge between Winnipeg and Northern Israel! Through person-to-person exchanges from students in high school to teachers and adults, the coast to coast P2G program links six Canadian communities with Galilee Panhandle (Etzba HaGalil) in the Northern region of Israel.

Leadership

Leadership skills empower teens, and are gained through practice and practical experience. The earlier in life that someone learns those skills, the earlier and more likely they are to use them for the rest of their life. Through leadership opportunities in the Jewish community, your teen will build self-confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the value of helping others.
