In the last few years, our Jewish community has been enriched by the arrival of hundreds of newcomers from different countries   like Argentina, Mexico, Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, South Africa, Germany and the U.S. 

More than 1600 Jewish families have moved here to make the Jewish community of Winnipeg their home.

The Jewish Federation of Winnipeg has been designated as an organization that is able to provide applicants with a Letter of Support, thus enabling them to apply under the Strategic Recruitment Initiatives.
